try to get a room on a high floor. Rooms are spacious but cheap. Good breakfast buffet. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Staff of dining room is not very accomodating for gusts requests. Hotel needs work.

Friendly staff, large comfortable and clean room, very good bed, pretty well isolated from noise. Nice pool and terrace on the floor. Good breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. Great location : 5' walk from Paulista and Augusta.

Such a pleasure to stay there. Best hotel breakfast we had in Brazil at the 4 hotels we stayed in. Close and convenient to the shops. Never had any issues with the hotel. The good thing was that there was also the odd person whom could converse in English at the front desk.

Well placed hotel. Unfortunately the hotel was under major refurbishment and the noise was very disruptive during the daytime from 8am till mid afternoon, No notification was given by the hotel to advise of renovations.
