We went to Sao Paulo from Mexico specially for a wedding. We were very cautious with our lugagge for the wedding. We did not checked it to avoid the risk of delays or loosing it. We arrived to the Mercure on Aug 6 (two days before the wedding). Aug 7th I asked for press service of a brand new suit (before 10 AM, so I have it back the same day). The suit was picked up until 11. The jacket was delivered at 19 hrs the day of the weddig (not pressed and in a worst condiction that the original one) just minutes before I had to leave to the church!. The pant did not arrived until 11 pm and it was not pressed!. I ask for my suit several times during the day of the wedding and they told me that the problem is the traffic at Sao Paulo (they use a laundry service located 60 miles from Sao Paulo).
