I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. I chose it for being nr 1 in TripAdvisor and because with rates similar to those of Fasano and Unique, the breakfast was included. I don't regret it. For its level of service, this same hotel in NY or other major city would cost 2 times its rate. Polite staff, always willing to... more

Booked through Amex Travel, wonderful hotel. Only 3 rooms per floor, service is great, food is great, spa is great. Rooms have Ipod cords for you to plug straight into the nice stereo system. Would recommend to anybody. more

I have worked in this industry for many years and stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world for work and leisure, but this hotel is the BEST! It's small in a city that's not beautiful, but it offers heaven from the moment you step your foot inside. We were pampered with a complimentary welcome drink of our choice,... more

Overall very pleasant but booked through Leading Hotels of the World and expected certain upgrades and amenities which were not delivered or were only delivered with alot of discussion and arguing. The hotel while gracious and lovely has a tendency to "offer" things that show up on the bill...like complimentary garment pressing which you are told by your butler 2... more

A colleague opted for the Emiliano and I was unsure if the price would be justified by the experience. I left a chastened man however - this hotel matches the luxury and service experience of the top Hong Kong and Tokyo hotels. Check in was part at the front desk and part in the room and could best be described... more

We stayed at the Emiliano for 4 nights the weekend of the Sao Paulo gay pride parade. Everything was as great as all the other reviewers say. The facilities look exactly like the pictures on their website. The service was impeccable at all hours (they expect your arrival and always call you by name) -- terrific unobtrusive yet personalized service.... more

The Hotel Emiliano wows with lovely litte touches throughout, like a pastry delivered in the early evening, a perfect piece of fruit in the afternoon, and Havaianas in *your size* (how they do that is a mystery to me, since they didn't ask me for my shoe size when I made a reservation), and fresh flowers here and there, etc.... more

After staying in 4 hotels across Sao Paulo in the course of one week (Unique- which I also liked, Renaissance, and a dump next to GRU) I can see why Emiliano is #1. Aside from the comfortable and stylish rooms, and great location, the staff was genuinely helpful and wonderful. It is more expensive than other hotels in Sao Paulo,... more

Stayed here for two nights and it was great. The decor is wonderful and bedrooms big and extremely comfortable. They also have a Japanese heated toilet - amazing! The only negative point is that it didn't have a pool or anywhere to sit and eat/relax outside. They have a splash pool on the roof (indoor) with incredible views over Sao... more
