We exchanged into this hotel through RCI (timeshare) in September 2007 for 7 days. From the moment we checked into the hotel we felt very well taken care of. We arrived about 11pm after a 11 hour flight and were having jet-lag and tired. First mistake, not checking the shower and toilet. We really like the size of the room! We unpacked and then it happened, the toilet would not remove the waste, we called and the engineer came to our room, "just 15 minutes then ok". It still... more

Got off of my flight from Salvador, Brazil knowing only that I did not want to stay at the Rennaissance as it was extremely over priced for what you received. I had started my stay in Brazil at the Rennaissance, ranked in the top 5 in Sao Paulo for around 700 R.Extremely pleasant but not worth 700 R. So the... more
