Worst idea ever booking with this hotel. Room was nice and clean but staff was awful. I needed to exchange money and the front desk-girl was totally unhelpful at this matter. to every question She answered totally poorly and only "because she had to". She told me I could go walking to the zoo, and I spent a lot of time walking trying to find it, but I was told by street walkers that the zoo was more than 2 hours away by bus and train!!!!
I even had paid a booking fee to stay other day, but I preferred to spend the night some place else where I was treated nicely, losing that fee which I didn't care since I dindn't have to see this girls face again. Oh, I almost forgot: my boyfriend called me from overseas and this girl told him I wasn't staying at that hotel. He was sick worried.
Worst idea ever. First and last time at Rojas. Will not recommend to anyone. Lousy, lousy staff. more
