In fact everything is avarage: reception, rooms, breakfast. Hotel is close to Avenida Paulista although there are not so many places You can enjoy. Underground parking is available but expensive. Internet works well.

I arrived this morning at 8. It's 13h00 and I still do not have my room. They refused to refund a customer who had been charged some drinks unduly. I requested a cancellation of a second night which was not accepted. They will charge me 2 nights anyway. WiFi will be charged in the room. Well... Not a good start.... More

The location was good, rooms were really outdated, safe didnt work, toilet didnt work too well, the front desk staff didnt speak English too well. The hotel offers a van pick up from the airport for $175, but we took the airport bus (i think omnibus) to paulista for $33 each person saving us a lot of money...

Good location but needs to be refurbished quickly! The lobby is a little ackward with the restaurant between the front door and the reception, the furniture is very old and the bathroom is poorly decorated.

After visiting Lima, Peru we stayed in this hotel fairly nice, excellent location near the Av.Paulista. In the room and bathroom some things are getting old they need to be changed. Good hotel and very good value.

The only thing great about this hotel is its location. It's within walking distance to the MASP museum, the Oscar Freire shopping street, the Paulista Avenue and the Trianon subway station.
