“Deeply disappointing for an otherwise reliable brand”

I was in town for a tradeshow in the adjacent convention center. We were essentially hostages. The room fees are exhorbitant, the breakfast cost/quality ratio is dreadful, 3 of the 5 elevators were out of service. “if you don't have to attend Anhembi expo center, choose another accomodation”

“Generally pretty good.............”

Having stayed two nights on business, I only got a quick impression. Stayed 2nd / 3rd May.....Indy weekend !. Service from all the staff could not be faulted. They were all really helpful. I have stayed in Other Holiday Inn. But, this hotel room are very small and service is normal. No one knows English except Reception. Difficult to get the service :-( Since, it is very near to the huge conference call and most of the time, the hotel is crowded with lot of people.
