This charming hotel is located right in the main business district of Sao Paulo and close enough to local landmarks (very close distance wise, but with the traffic it always is a bit of a gamble). Intercontidental Hotel provides everything one should wait from a 5-star Hotel. Only stayed here for one night and for work, but it was great. Much needed bed had a duvet which was fantastic. Bathroom was a little dated but very clean and the jacuzzi bath was great. Didn't have long to try out the hotel, but the room service was excellent. more

THE GOOD: 1) Staff was very friendly, particuarly the doormen THE BAD: 1) Rooms were small 2) pillows were soft and plasticky 3) ok views THE UGLY: 1) They charged me 10x what the street charges for water...there was no water in the hotel room....was I in Sao Paulo or a desert? 2)... more
