I cannot begin to tell you how bad this "hotel" is. First off the only language spoken by anyone from the Manager down is Portuguese. Nobody speaks English or any other language except Portuguese. We stayed at the Premier Othon Flat in Sao Paulo for two night. The room was old, clean fare from being good, reception ok on arrival, only the day porter was a very nice guy.
