i checked in for one night at the balkan hotel, 'cause i had no choice but to stay one night in pleven.It was a horror experience.I can't imagine why i had two doors in the bathroom, and when i opened one it was a wall of bricks....I don't know what was that electronic thing that repalced the nightstand next to my bed, which looked like 2nd ww radio station, i don't know why no window could be opened, it smelled like hell, it was dirty, and through the wood that was on the wall for decoration i think, the rats had no problem to walk all night long.If you have to go there,don't get undressed when you sleep, don't take a bath, dont make any hopes.It's a horror hotel.
