We were for a team-building program in Veliko Tarnovo, when we were placed in this "hotel". At first (outside) it looks good. The good thing is the location - in the city center, walking distance from almost everything, including the old city. The lobby is good, but there ends my good words. This is in the perfect spot for exploring Veliko Turnovo, it's in a side street off the main shopping streets with bars and restaurants in close walking distance.. It's got a spa and pool, relatively small hotel (28 rooms) book top floors or A rooms in the tower for a slightly better view more
Although we stayed at this hotel nearly a year ago I still feel very strongly about the poor quality of the hotels accommodation and breakfast provided - there are lots of other hotels you can stay in Veliko Turnovo. more
