My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for one night. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk once you get to the top near the gondola. We stayed at the Shilin Hotel in August 2005. Although built just a few years ago, our particular room was small and dingy with stained carpets and the bathroom was filled with mold. Yuk!
