upon arrival,i was really impressed at the appearance of the hotel and the location-across the street from multiple restaurants and appeared new. when i checked in,the staff had me registered for a smoking room but i wanted a nonsmoking room, the only nonsmoking room availabe(which would not accomodate my guests) was the only option or stay in my current designated... more

I enjoyed a 3-night stay here at the Comfort Inn - Bessemer while in the Birmingham area for the NCAA Basketball Tournament. Nice overall stay. Checked in after 10PM and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast the next day was good. Short overnight stay but would recommend this as a nice place. more

The clerk explained that a handicap room would be the only available room inwhich the coupon could be honored for at that particular time. This hotel was clean and neat and friendly! We had plenty of room too. The morning breakfast was great! I suggest you come early or right at the end to eat. Anytime inbetween was very crowded. I would recomend this hotel to anyone. more
