Unfriendly staff, unkept grounds including a pool that looked like it had a month's worth of leaves at the bottom! My room wasn't cleaned once and my calls to the desk were ignored! Beer bottles lying all over the grounds and my room reeked of dog! It's a DUMP! more

My family and I just returned from Birmingham AL. We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont Inn very much. The staff was very helpful and polite. We recived maps and directions to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was plentiful and great! My children loved the homemade waffles. We will go back. more

There was dust on furniture....seemed not to be dusted in weeks. On top of the armoire there was a bunch of coins that I dared not touch (dust covered). Sink and bathroom were clean but shower was very very cramped. Room was cramped with furniture. While searching for an outlet I found that behind the furniture it looked like nothing... more

Clean, comfortable & quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect from Hampton Inn. Service was prompt and polite. The room was a little narrow and getting to the bathroom was tricky in the middle of the night. The location was good - on a major throughfare and adjacent to an interstate. more
