Overall Hotel Croatia offers great value, very friendly staff,clean spacious rooms, agree you must book superior sea view. The room rates are very reasonable especially if you opt for half board, but without tea and coffee facility, no iron or board, tired carpets it is not quite Five Star. We got to the hotel at the very opening of the season, so it was not crowded. The hotel is big, with a very large lobby. Rooms are clean, the food is not great, but reasonable, arranged with a buffet with sufficient variety. Location is the plus: few minutes drive from Dubrovnik and with a wonderful view on the sea....
