This is a well priced guesthouse near Croatian National Park. The accommodation was very clean, breakfast was filling. The only downside it that its a bit of a walk to the National Park. That being said it was great value, very clean. I'd easily recommend this for a night to two in Plitvicka

Location of vila was excellent and very close to lakes.
