We stayed there for a week in July 2008 - loved the hotel. The best in Porec by far (I know this we stayed in over 10 different hotels in Porec over the years). Everything in the hotel is new, that's true. The rooms are small, about 16m, but personally for me that's not important. The bed was big, so me and my girlfriend were totally satisfied.
