Just returned after a 9 day stay (August 2009). Booked a mobile home with Selectcamp. Site is the largest we have stayed on, mobile homes being in a minority when compared to tent/caravan plots. Many nationalities, Germans and Austrians predomininating followed by Italians, Slovenians and Dutch. Very few Brits, we came across 2 other families only. English is not widely... more

We've just returned from a two week hoilday at the Lanternacamp in Croatia and it's been a fantastic holiday. we being myself (30), partner (34) and twin girls (4). We travelled by plane to Trieste in Italy and hire car to travel through Italy, Slovakia and then Croatia don't worry it sounds far but is only about 55 miles and... more

We booked our holiday, with two other families, through ElleVacanze - an Italian company based in Florence - for the first two weeks of August 2007. The accommodation - a mobile home - was excellent with two shower rooms and plenty of space. We had stayed in the same accommodation in Pra Della Torri, near Venice, in the previous year.... more
