We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We did not hope for a 5* hotel, but you should take in consideration that Siwa is not yet a well formed tourist destination so all the facilities are elementary. We stayed in this hotel 2 nights just before christmas. The service was ok but the staff wasn't professional, we had to explain word by word before they can understand our request . The double room was ok with a noisy A/C and a nasty bathroom, most of the appliances were broken or not working at all except the minifridge.... more
