Pros: Good location (2 minutes by car 10 by feet) from the city center. Peacefully neighborhood. Close the lake. Private parking. Elevator. Large and comfortable apartment. Very clean. The owner is very polite and helpful. Cons: Average WiFi speed. A bit noisy the A/C. We would choose it again. We stayed there in April
