A stay at Belvedere is far from being nightmarish, but some small improvements would make the hotel a great place to relax: - More efficient service at the bar and for breakfast (sometimes you get the feeling that waiters do you a favour instead of servicing guests). - Hot water was not available every morning for shower. - Rooms are... more

we stayed at the Belvedere a few nights in April 2009. The hotel is a bit outside town (but you can easily get to Ohrid town by car or taxi). if you get a lakeside room you can enjoy wonderful views over the lake.
