The plus side was the clean bathroom.. but that was about it. for Rs 1200/- you don't even get soap, toilet paper or even running hot water. The check out time is odd- 9 am - done to maximize revenues no doubt. Better alternatives with AC room are available in the same lane. more
for 1200rp a night all you get is a decently clean room with a fan. it's an alright place but it seemed very overpriced. also i wouldn't recommend listening to the owners restaurant advice, the two places she didn't like were our favorites (mum's kitchen from anthony bourdains show, and the portugeuse place around the corner). more
a character filled guesthouse which provided a very welcoming stay. the breakfast was fresh and tasty, the rooms very clean and full of character, and alfonso and his wife were amongst the most helpful/friendly owners i've met. a great springboard for exploring goa. more
Firstly the room rates are Rs 1500/- rather than Rs 800/- as widely stated. This is a stiff price to pay for a non AC room- no toilet paper or soap is provided. In thec same lane, you can get an AC room for the same rate.There is no running hot water either. The check out time is weird 0900... more
