Firstly dont go by the hotels website nor the receptionlsts words..they all lie..we wer told(on phne) dat check in u cn do netym but late check out costs half dae charge bt v wer chargd half dae for early check in as wel..no hot water for takin bath..pathetic room service..unclean room..poor telivision signal..unfrndly staff..go at ur own risk.

If you are looking fora cheap and good hotel this is the one. But thats the only advantage. It was a value for money booking. Building and corridors many not look great, but rooms are excellent with all facilities(not sure about wifi) and service was also good. Location is not so great it seems, need to travel a bit to common places.

This was my second trip to goa. Choose this hotel for good service n clean rooms!!! Save money on ur trip for more happening things in goa by staying here. near to panaji church...better to stay in panaji as u are in between north goa & old goa!
