The Panjim Inn is a pleasent old Portoguise House turned into a very lovely little hotel, maintained the afmosphere and original Style added with works of Goan Artists. Buildings are lovely. Restaurant was good. Breakfasts were disappointing, and expensive. Service rather charmless (unusual in India), which amused us because it was in line with its unfortunate mission statement at reception (photo attached "I am not in this world to live up to your expectations"). I was so happy that this was the first place I stayed when we got to goa. The rooms are large with excellently crafted furniture. Definatley ask for a room in the old part of the hotel. more

We decided to stay at the Panjim Inn because it came recommended in our Timeout and lonely planet guidebooks. On arriving we were surprised by the cost of the room. Panjim Inn is beautifully set out and furnished. I stayed in one of the superior rooms and though more expensive I still think it was very good value for money. A hotel with a charming character and in a good location for walking around Panjim and for visiting the surrounding area and further afield. I stayed in one of the 'superior' rooms - even though it was more expensive, I still found it good value - good size, comfortable and quiet at nights and the inclusive breakfasts were just fine.... more

I really loved my stay in Panjim Inn, the rooms were excellent and I really loved the cooked breakfast, It really makes me think what kind of person would complain about it, Do peopel realise this is India!
