I am my wife had to spend 1 night here prior to moving to our booked accomodation at Ginger Goa, due to a flight delay. I paid Rs 1600 for a night and the booking was done on the fly at the Goa Airport. They called the room as a Deluxe room, but it was just a shack of a place. all these Delmons and Belmonts etc are sub-standard places for stay. I got great quality rooms with decent amenities at Ginger goa at lesser rates and that too booked over a website.

My suggestion to readers of my review - Please do not go by any claims made by the hotel on an website. Its not wroth staying even for a night. You will find better places for Rs 500 a day. more

I had booked my employer's holiday home for four days in Panaji but decided to stay one extra day in Panaji and booked hotel Delmon for that day. Since my plan for that evening was to visit a casino, I needed the hotel only to sleep whatever would be left of the night.

But for the price I paid (Rs. 1700/- approx for a so called "Deluxe" Room.), the hotel fell way short of expectation. The bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets and towels not so clean. I did not try any food from the hotel after seeing the condition of the room. I think if I had directly walked into the hotel instead of going through a travel website, I would have got the same room for Rs. 500/-.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is situated right in the middle of Panaji market with plenty of shops around to buy whatever you want to take home from Goa. May be this hotel is used by frequent business visitors who get to stay there for a highly discounted price as compared... more
