Great location - surrounded by rolling hills and tea gardens . But there is virtually no raod to access the hotel .. You need to negotiate an extremely narrow stretch of gravel covered path with numerous sharp curves for the last 2 Km to reach the hotel . It is exteremely dangerous and is not commutable after dark or in... more

We stayed in the hotel for 2N and 3D, opted the Executive Cottage. The room was very spacious and each room has its own balcony - catering the privacy of every tourist. The service was also very good - anything we ordered was served to the room in less than 10 mins. Since the resort is amidst tea estates, its... more

We stayed at the resort for 2 nights. And I wish we had chosen a differenct place to stay. 1. Approach road to resort is terrible, narrow, single lane 2 km stretch, unapproachable at night. Only god save you if there is another vehicle approaching from opposite end, which happened to us and only god saved us is all I... more

We almost got hurt in a bathroom accident. A glass shelf fell off after we put two little bottles on it and the entire shelf shattered in the shower. If we were in there, our legs would have been seriously cut. To add insult to injury, the hotel charged us for the broken glass. Also, in the middle of the... more

Would rate it as 4 star category. Will term it as A+++ . Our experience was fabulous. They even packed food for my... more

The only good thing about this hotel is the beautiful views you get to the tea estates and mountains (provided you stay in one of the rooms on the top most floors), otherwise there are many disadvantages of staying here. The approach road(about 2 to 3 Kms) to the hotel is extremely dangerous and risky. We were doing a late... more

We had a beautiful big room with patio overlooking the valley. Possibility to make tea or coffee. The food and service were great. Unfortunately the room and bathroom were dirty (a wrapper with the word sanitized doesn't mean the toilet is clean) and it's the first and last hotel in Kerala where I saw (small) cockroaches. http://www.keralahoneymoonpackage.com/ more

Beautiful views, 5 miles from town. clean but they are not used to westeners... it´s chilly at night... and they turn the hot water off.... so if you need to shower... you do it during the day and with a bit of luck you will be able to use the hot water. Ppl very friendly... all very Indian style.the food...... more
