Just happened to be in munnar with family as a second honeymoon and asan acompaniment to honeymoon of my sis-in-law and her hus we located this homestay from one of my neighbours. we expected only a house with somebody to cook us meals. we parked our car and was surprised at the veiw from this cool hang out. this trip was so blessed and wasworth all thetrouble of winding roads and uphill journey as we spend time in exploring the cardomom plantations wildpepper plants and the trek up with Mr Eldho's own Jeep to see the tata tea estate and the highest point in this 105 acre property. We were also shown the diffrent stages of treating the cardomom that was procured from the farm. the traditional kerala cuisine served with neymeen curry was a delight to our tounges. it is definitely a worthwhile place to stay in munnar. I cherish to come back for a longer stay in a colder weather so that i can use those fireplaces with that natural incense (forgot the name ) for a longer time. it was... more
