Very helping staff. need to improve on restraunt service quality. The information and guidence provided was quite useful. The garden view rooms are a treat to the eye.The restaurant apparently had less no. of cooks so the service was quite slow.

We stayed in this hotel during Jan 2013 for 3 nights. The hotel is a fantastic property located in front of lush green tea garden. The rooms are excellent with great view. We had taken AP and the breakfast was very good with lot of choices. The staff was also warm and courteous.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel Location is very good, walking distance to main market of Munnar. From the hotel restaurant you get very good view of tea gardens. Rooms are very comfirtable and hotel interiors are good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.
