Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

When we planned for a trip to munnar pulimoottil estate was our first choice. All our friends told about the pulimoottil estate. To reach there one have to travel through woods that is really a amazing experience. We stayed in a newly build resort named deep wood resorts. It's highly luxurious with good hospitality and very calm atmosphere. It is also providing a play station for the kids that helped us a lot to engage our kids. In spite of all these facilities we have to say it's money worth. So it is truly a wonderful place to cherish your vacation time. Really really a memorable trip!!!

This property is away from the city and hence the best!! Property has small houses which are given out for stay. It is perfect for short as well as long stay. If it is short stay, they have restaurant & if its long stay these houses have kitchens. Also has living space with tv. Every house is unique -- staff is very friendly so ask for the options available and pick the one that suits you. You can trek around on your own or with a guide in and around the area. Its a heaven!

If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place far away from all the noises of the city life, this is your perfect getaway. There are about a dozen independent bungalows inside the estate each with its own unique ambience and amenities. The cottages are situated right inside a forest like estate with huge trees all around you. There is even a small water stream and waterfall inside the estate which is safe even for kids if it is not rainy season. The rooms are well kept with very cozy beds and neatly kept bathrooms and toilets. The staff and service is also quite good. Food is decent and you can request for a BBQ or and campfire setup if needed. Highly recommended for groups and families looking for a few days off from the grid.

Pulimootil estate was recommended by a friend to me for a perfect place to relax and enjoy some local food and be pampered in the luxury of nature. Located away from the city and from dense population and pollution. Our stay in the resort was made memorable with the friendly staff and the luxurious villas. i went there with 3 other friends, we enjoyed a laid back holiday with breakfast and all meals served at our convenience and time! a morning trek around the estate and the walk around the cardamom plantation was a nice experience. They also do bon fires and bbq at night, at pulimootil estate you can expect - good food, cozy villas, friendly staff, and a lot of relaxation.
