The hotel is below average. I was two days in Munnar. I night i had a stay in Siena village and the other night in Blackberry hills. Had to come blackberry hills due to non availability of rooms at Siena village. Only with the location you just cannot survive the competetive market. Set out on a hill the resort offers an amazing view. the best you might get in any resort in munnar. the food in their restaurant is very good and authentic.
