Hotel is located in center of munnar. easy access to anywhere. Hotel gives a aroma of wood. looks bit old but is comfortable. beds are bit dump but its because of the climate in Munnar. Hot water timings. Food was ok. Overall.. Loved Munnar so liked hotel. more

Reception was very bad. When we entered, it was not a warm welcome at all. they dont know to welcome guests. Everyday there was hot water problems.
