The Hotel rooms are basic ( more like a hostel) than a commercial hotel. Beds are small and not enough for a family of four. Limited staff also leads to poor service quality. Restaurant at basement has limited dining time and food quality is basic but charged commercial rates. Alternative is to have the food at T & U (Looked better and food choices were wider and better). View from room is not great but location very near (Walking distance to nearby tea fields)
