the property is so far away from the main city. no market near by. location is nice but sea level from munnar is less. it is average property. i am not happy because i like location in munnar with tea gardens. rooms are in good condition. food is average more

The hotel is far away from everything in a very quiet location. The view from the balcony of the garden (which is very nice) and the mountains are very beautiful. We did some very nice walks in the area around the hotel through the tea plantations. The rooms are nice and clean. Everyone staying at the hotel at that time... more

Good place for relaxaton. The facilities at the resort are good - Good food , Kids palying area,Activity room , lot of things to do in the resort from Ayurveda, Specious Garden etc. The staff is also courteous , the rooms are well furnished , with kitchenette . Would recommend it to people who love nature at its best. more

We had a jnr suite which consisted of one large room with a small sitting area.A large wall to wall opening window with fantastic views of the countryside and well kept garden. Some refurbishment is needed.There is a very noisy generater located right beneath this room which operates during power cuts (fairly frequent).The resteraunt is just about O.K.with plastic chairs... more

I was terribly unhappy with the service provided by Igloo. The hotel management needs a thorough revamp. The service was absolutely below par with a virtual absence of professionalism. Those making package deals with the Igloo manager, beware; please expect zero professionalism and carry cash instead of expecting them to accept credit-cards. Rooms though clean are not worth the tariff.... more
