Hotel Lawrence has magnificient rooms - very spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city - 10-15 minutes drive from the Golden Temple. The food was also good - typical Punjab cuisine.

Of course - the whole experience of seeing the Golden Temple itself is beyond words... Everyone fond of traveling must certainly at least once go to the Golden Temple - an experience to remember lifelong.

As about Lawrence - the only point to note was that the car rentals were a bit expensive - tad more expensive than even Mumbai (where I live).

However, the overall experience was very good and I would certainly recommend it to other travelers. more
