The hotel is located close to the railway station, which is good, but is some way out from the main sights, which is not good. We had a complimentary station pick up...but had to squeeze into the car with 3 other passengers! Our room was a bit dated and definitely could have done with some modernising. The room was clean and spacious and the service was good, not 4* or 5* but good nevertheless and I'd be surprised if there is much better in Amritsar which attracts tourists solely for the border crossing, Jallainwala Bagh and the quite awesome Golden Temple.
