The Lima Place is a little out of downtown Ayatthaya but in easy access of the relics and ancient temples that I was there to see. The room was not clean, there were dead insects and spider webs everywhere. And we even had the so called VIP room (difference between a normal room is that they have hot water and a DVD player). The Lima Place is a little bit outside from Ayutthayas island and railway station but you'll always find a motorbike taxi or a tuk tuk to go there and the reception will also call for a ride to town. The hotel is a very quiet place which was awesome after travelling aroung Thailand with lots of noises during the nights... more

It's a nice hotel, but a bit special. Seems like somebody had some space and money left, started a hotel in the middle of nowhere (well 15 minutes from town) and put his son in it to run it. It is very nice hotel. Room is very spacious and very clean. They have internet and bicycle rental services. Staff is helpful. I would recommend this hotel. more
