Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Walked in to see any vacancies. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shown me a room at just under 1000baht. I asked if I could have early check in as I had 4 hours to pass. They charge 100baht per hour but gave me for 300 and upgraded room to pool view. Rooms clean and spacious. WiFi and TV ok.

Hotel mainly for large groups. Restaurant facilities only open for larger groups whereas ordinary guests can only get make your own coffee at lobby in morning and only from 7-9. In room only socalled minibar with two mineral water. Swimmingpool without reclining chairs in very sunny spot with no shadow around. Not so nice when temperature often above 40˚C.

I stayed here for five nights on the final leg of my 2022 north-south road trip. Many of the guest houses in this neighborhood are still closed, this hotel was one of the only options I could find in this area. This is a pretty typical Thai/Asian-style city hotel. Behind the hotel, they have another building that is similar to a motel in the US. This is where I stayed. From the outside, it looks good, but the rooms are very basic with few amenities. Again, typical of a budget hotel that would cost 500 THB in another part of the country. At a walk-in rate of 790 THB, I thought the room was overpriced. On a positive note: the air conditioning, hot water, and refrigerator worked well and it was very clean. There is sufficient, on-site parking for those who self-drive.

We had no choice, it was part of our guided tour. If i could have, i would have spent 10 dollars more and had a fully useable hotel. Nice Entrance. But no AC in lobby. No restaurant to sit in. After breakfast it was closed for use. Breakfast is brought in from somewhere else and was terrible and limited. The pool area and pool itself was dirty and disgusting. The room was clean and serviceable. We had 4 hours to kill after checking out before catching the night train and just wanted somewhere to sit and chill. There was NO seating and no AC in the lobby. The lobby area was under renos (jan 2020) so this may change at least the seating situation. We stayed here with GAdventures and were pretty upset with their choice considering 10 or 20 dollars more would have gone so much further.

There are things you just can’t unsee - like mold in the shower, a filthy room, crushed bugs on the walls, the smell of the previous clients, smelly linens, dirty pool water and just overall subpar. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. We stayed there for 1-night and my husband and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Very disappointed in this choice of hotel by tour company G Adventures, especially since we could have paid $5-$10 more per night and get a 4-star hotel nearby!!

It's great for people who wants everything nearby, the location is strategically wise. 5 minutes to the train station pier, 2 minutes to the central market, tuk-tuks are available outside and getting out of town is easier than ever since the bus station is just 5 minutes away too.

Conveniently located on the main street of Ayutthaya. Lots of shops and eating places around. The hotel breakfast was pretty basic - toast with jam and instant coffee. Check out Krungsri Walking Street (night market) and Jim’s Cafe (great cofffee) while you are there!

Easy to get to it you are arriving by train. Walk straight out of station towards river. Small ferry will take you across for 5 baht. Turn right, then left and you have arrived. There are two parts to this hotel. We stayed in the back part which appears to be newer than the main building. The staff did appear to be a bit disorganised but were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean although there was a smell from the drains sometimes. The breakfast is very basic, toast, jam, tea and coffee. The pool was rather drab, I think just a few plants could have made it more pleasent. Overall the place lacked a bit of customer care and attention to detail and was it was too expensive for this class of hotel. And do not expect any English speaking TV channels.
