Stayed here for just one night but found the owner to be very helpful. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was small but clean and tidy and really for the money had everything it should. Was situated in a good location in the town - near to a few of the temples and the main road for resturants. more

We chose the Baan Suan as it looks really nice on the website and we tend to be drawn to accommodation with gardens, as is shown in the photos. And yes, there is a reasonably nice garden but that is all this place has to offer. It is extremely overpriced for the standard of accommodation. The bungalows are very small... more

I have spent 2 nights at Baan Suan and it met my expectations. The guesthouse is well situated in Ayutthaya while in a quiet street.
