We stayed here for 2 nights in a double fan room. It was very hot so if you struggle with heat it might be worth getting an aircon room. The room was small but ok because there is plenty of outdoor space to relax. Noise carries a lot in the main house so if there are noisy and inconsiderate guests... More

This place is totally fine. The rooms are nice and a good value for the money. It was 650 thai baht (about $23USD) for a room with air conditioning. It gets SO HOT here and if you don't pay the extra couple bucks for the Air Con you will regret it. Everyone on trip advisor talks about the owner. She... More

she's lovely! It was like being fussed over by a caring relative. The rooms were large, bed comfy and great air cond. wifi had bad connection in the room but we were on the top floor, and we didn't have any problems in the bar. We would recommend the tuktuk temple tour, for 180 baht each a tuk tuk will... More

...and even more charming owner! We only stayed 1 night but made the most of it. It was far the best experience of our travelling. The very well travelled owner has created a relaxing atmosphere around her beautiful lotus pond and she also put together a wondrful tuk tuk tour for a great value. Rooms are super clean, bed comfortable... More

we would've stayed longer! only stayed here for 2 nights, but the atmosphere was so great that we regretted leaving so soon. fully booked - we had the luck to get the room with airco! and fan... one thing though, but that depends totally on the other guests - the walls aren't really that thick, so if the guests next... We've been on a 5 month trip round SE Asia and have found Thailand is often catered for the 2 week holiday market, pricing alot of places out of our budget. We stayed in a double fan room with shared bathroom in the original house. The room contained a ceiling fan (which could have been a little more powerful but... More

We stayed in the modern part of the Baan Lotus guest house. There was a large entrance hall with a fridge that didn't work and double wardrobe in it. The double wardrobe contained clothing and ablution items from a previous guest. This room led to our bedroom which was large and contained a double and single bed. The wet room... More

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The teak floors are very nice and it feels great to walk barefoot through the hotel. The room was standard as was the bathroom, no complaints at all. They did provide a clothes drying rack. They have no TV though. The breakfast was coffee, tea, fruit, and bread but I found it a... More

This guesthouse is actually a large mansion. It has a number of rooms within. There are 2 structures actually, one being newer but they are both of thick Teak wood construction. Ideal place if you want to stay solitude as it is the compound is huge and away from the main road. The landscape however is a real letdown, as... More

I feel the need to defend Khosoom from the last review. We have stayed at Baan Lotus at least 15 times over the years and have witnessed numerous cases of customers demanding bags to be carried and bedding to be changed every day. This is a 'Backpackers' you cannot expect to receive hotel style services at these prices. As for being rude i...
