Was the second time we staid at Sunset Cove, first time was in 2006. We were afraid that our first visit never could be beaten, but we had a very great second time and weren't dissapointed in any way. Great place, great staff, great pool, great food! We will definitely come again. more

Sunset Cove is set on Chao Phao beach on the west coast, so a fairly quiet location well away from the full mooners. That said, we were easily able to get around the island by Taxi and Taxi boat. we stayed at sunset cove for 2 night while traveling with another couple. At the end of our 2 week stay in Thailand we both decided this was the best accomodations we had. Great service, nice pool, reasonably priced, good food, nice bungalows. The only negative we could think of was they don't have a full service bar(only beer/wine coolers).... more
