1) Location was not easy to find, but I notice the small signs from the main street and follow them to the guest house. 2) Customer service was broken english and not helpful if you have no idea what to do there... 3)I stayed in a love shack, very basic and no aircon for 100B. The bed was comfortable 4)The... More

I liked this place and I adored Pai! We stayed in one of the bungalows that were £5 a night at first for 2 nights and they were ok. I mean they were so cheap you couldn't complain, however after 2 nights the self flush toilet and the cold shower meant that we upgraded to a bigger room that had... More

Has bungolowss varying from 250 to 400 thb. The whole complex is located aroung a botanic garden, few minutes from center of Pai (back street). Room was good with all the required stuff- 2 blankets, wifi and hot water. Outside each bungolow theres a porch observing the garden, great for the morning coffee. Lundry prices are fair too.

This place is ideally located down a lane back from the main road (so you don't get much noise from outside) and it is so cheap! I paid 200 baht for a single room, or they quoted 300 for 2 people. The room was basic but clean and decent sized. It had hot water and a fan. I was there... More

This lovely little hideaway was perfect for our budget. So cheap and simple, but comfortable. Don't expect luxury, but it's definitely value for money. The gardens are beautiful and it gives the place such a special feel. A lot of effort has gone into it.

OK, the place is nothing to write home about but for $6 a night this was adequate. The first impression is good. The place is located just a short walk from the main street and consists of several bungalows situated around a well maintained garden. In fact gardener is the only staff that I have seen there working almost around... More

Great location, cheap as chips. Me and my girlfriend stayed for a couple of nights and had no problems at all. Shower and toilet are primitive but to be expected for the price. The gardens are lovely and the huts themselves look nice from the outside. Room was clean and basic... loved the Chicken Little bed sheets! Plus, it's just... More

Stayed here for three nights and would happily go back again next time we're in pai. Very cheap and excellent value for money!! We loved it here. The bed was quite uncomfy but other than that there are no complaints. The staff are lovely and say hello whenever they see you. It's little bungalows inside their lovely garden. The view... More

I found this guesthouse after viewed the positive review from TripAdvisor. I stayed here for 3 nights since the rate was only 100baht per night. I have a very clean private bathroom with hot shower and comfortable double bed in the room. They also provided cloth line outside the room. so that you don't need to get your clothes to... More

We found this place after we initially checked into a hut in Pai which we paid 100 baht for but then realised it had massive holes in the floor and ceiling so checked out straight away. We looked online and found Mr Jans had been recommended by a number of different travellers on various websites. We checked in the same... More
