I stayed one night at the Amarin Lagoon Hotel as one of a tour group. We were going to Sukothai the next day. I was pleased by the clean and spacious room I was given, and I'm posting several pictures of it. I assume it was at least partially renovated not long ago. The bedroom floor was wood (or laminate),... more

Stayed one night. Out side hotel looks nice but the room is out dated but it has a big window overlooking at the mountain. Breakfast is good. Hotel is close to town. more

This poor hotel is past its prime. Crummy and dated with threadbare carpet, the visitor can enter this hotel and quickly note: This USED to be a nice hotel. No longer. The chipped wooden furniture could stand to be replaced. The hallways and elevators (lifts) are dark, dingy, even creepy. The food at the restaurant is lousy and the service... more

It was okay, but considering the prices elsewhere not much of a value for the money. They charged extra fees for everything, i.e. it's too far to walk into town and there's a fee for the shuttle bus. There was a tour desk but no one manned it and the front desk staff was not knowledgeable about touring the area.... more

We stayed here one night. The room was clean, The food was good. No problems at all with this hotel. It was not fancy but was certainly adequate for our purposes. The location was just right for us as we were on our way to Sukhothai the next morning. more

Stayed here on a tour, Pacific Delights, after driving from Bangkok and the bus having a fuel leak on the highway. We were advised after checkout that we owed money for phone calls (which I used an international phone card). They actually sent a rep. from the hotel to meet me at our next scheduled stop so they can collect... more

This hotel is designed for a one night stay for large tour groups. The rooms are dirty, dark and very run down. The bathrooms are poorly lit and the sink, vanity, tub and the tiles are chipped and have burn marks. The beds are hard and the linnen smelled bad. All in all, this hotel is in desperate need of... more

Stay in this hotel for one night as part of a tour of northern Thailand. The room was very dated, the bathroom was in poor condition, the bed was horrible - blood stain on the mattress which showed through the sheet, I wished I had not looked inside the pillow case as the pillow looked about 20 years old and... more

We stayed for one night as part of a tour. Everything about this hotel is average, except the beds which were rock hard. I would not have booked this hotel if we were travelling independently. But the rate of about USD$27 is cheap for what you receive, even by Thai standards. more

Stayed here as part of a tour. Grounds were fairly nice. Nice pool, but no one was in it. Dining room overlooks the pool area. Breakfast was decent. No hair dryers in basic rooms and it took a good 45 minutes to get one in the morning. Lots of mosquitoes. Rooms could use some revamping. Location isn't the greatest. Bus... more
