We had choose this adress because it had a pool and was close to city center. Bad choice! Price is very low but so is comfort. beds were awful, room was very sad, almost no furniture, bar\throom was the minimum you can think about. rooms are very very close on from another. we left earlier. more

You shouldn't be confused going into this: J&J is a basic, clean guesthouse -- not a luxurious resort. I know this is a great place for backpackers. There is a great restaurant where the food is really good...but the rooms..were...very basic...very very very basic...so I spent only one night, I visited Sukhothai old town and left...It was a small stop to see the park. We were in Sukhothai to visit the old and new city and had such a great time, that we extended our stay by another day.
