We changed our itinerary to spend our last 3 days in Vietnam at Emeralda and that was the best decision of our entire trip! Tranquility at it's best! It is my first time to this resort. Need more training for staff since it should be a 5*. Some insect excrement in bed of fellow traveler. The resort is huge, beautiful room, great spa, great facial. Must try the goat dish for dinner. Day tour was good, tour guide provided excellent service, cool driver. This is a huge resort with many facilities. A beautiful pool area with loungers and a bar area, adjacent to a lunch/dinner restaurant was our favourite hang-out. This was the best holiday of my life ! What a wonderful resort....green...trees...birds...tranquillity...what else could one want ?! The price, cheaper than a European holiday. The food was great, the tours amazing, I find it difficult to say anything negative.

“A TRUE ECO RESORT !!!!!!!!”

If you want to chill out in a true eco resort, that's it !!! An easy two hour car ride from Hanoi and you are awy from everything called " modern society " Great Value for money ! Very cheap by other comparable resorts in the FGar East. Excellent Food and services. I would return any time !!

Stayed at this resort for three nights. Upgraded to a deluxe room with a gorgeous bathroom and outdoor shower. Pools and resort grounds were fantastic.
