Stayed in Ibis Hotel Pekanbaru on last weekend with family.. found the room very baby friendly, suitable for family.. nice location, good price.. all staff are very helpful. Our dinner come less the 30 mins, the foods were good, specially The Oxtail Soup..

“Best Value Hotel in Pekanbaru”

located in the middle of comercial district of pekan baru, only 30 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes walking to shopping mall ,SKA mall. The room is quite spacious, clean, nice swimmingpool, and the breakfast is good with variable meals. Suitable for couple, family or business trip.

Need to improve guest room services and place more staf to serve customers especially during breakfast time. The carpet on the corridor need to renew because it is old and doesn't look good. Others are okay.
