A baboon stole our sugar when we left the door open (while we were inside). Nothing happened; it was just funny. :) The variety and preparation of the food was great, as were the views. The park itself was a bit small (relative to the Masai Mara visited later in the trip), but staying two nights seemed to be encompassing. more

I took a day trip to Lake Nakuru National Park is absolutely amazing. It's a smaller park than most but houses all the elephant of the big Five. Barley 500m from the gate, we found rhino! It really is a spectacular park and has these amazing animals. Clearly the carnivores are not hurting for food because there were carcasses everywhere.... more
