Great Location, clean and comfortable rooms, but thats about it. We found the air conditions very loud and even switched rooms only to find exactly the same problem in the new room. The tv's only having a few channels. Happy to only stay a few days

this hotel is in a very convenient location - less than 5 min walk to waterfront, local bus to sepilok, nak hotel for a fabulous rooftop view and a cool drink, supermarket etc. staff nice and helpful. rooms clean and a goid size. wifi slow in room.

Nice budget place, friendly service, big rooms. But all through the night we were tormented by sheets stinking with nasty cigarette odor. Unacceptable for a non-smoking room.
