I stayed here two nights in late April, 2006. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though basic. There's no TV etc, and AC is not needed as the mountain air is a welcome respite from the tropical heat and humidity. There's a heater for chilly nights, but I just piled on the blankets. Bring something to read or you will be bored to death at night, espepcially if you are on your own and tired of your company.
The grounds are lovely, with steep walks as buildings hug a hillside, and densely planted with flowers and blooming shrubs, and a gazebo. Dinner is at 7pm in the dining room in the main building, and groups are seated together; breakfast varies according to groups' departure times.
Buffet service is offered for breakfast and dinner when there are many guests, but there's a set menu when only a few guests. In any event, they run a tab for drinks and extras. As I avoid undercooked eggs especially when travelling, staff cooked up a special order for me, no...
