Service - staff were very friendly, helpful and attentative to our needs. Our meals were prepared in a timely maner at our request and very well presented. Well located hotel with views of the dunes from the terrace. Friendly staff. Buffet style meals which were adequate. It makes a good base for heading out into the desert, but is not a hotel for relaxing on a lounger.
