The shortcomings of this hotel are greatly helped by its incredibly warm hearted staff. The staff opens their arms to you like you are part of their family. What a great experience! The hotel was fully booked when we tried to reserve but they offered us accomodation in tents in the hotel grounds and full use of the facilities, shower, toilets etc. It was ideal.
